So you probably wouldn’t guess it based on these images, but my brother HATES cameras. Like really really hates them. Like people have tried for years to catch him smiling and it just doesn’t happen. He sees the camera and either buries his face or in a knee-jerk reaction, grimaces. So when he told me he was gifting his girlfriend with a photo session, I knew this girl must really be something special. It took us about 20 frames to de-program his habitual mean mug at the sight of my camera, but with a few jokes (and a threat or two), we made some magic together. And as for girlfriend, she was her normal adorable self. No work there.
