San Antonio Mini Sessions | Modern Family Photographer

Hi This feels a little weird. For the first October* in five years, I won’t be visiting my trusted Houston parks and studios for fall mini sessions. I am now officially a San Antonio photographer. It’s bittersweet. I’ll certainly miss all the beautiful families that have continued to trust me to capture their family’s memories year after year. But I’m looking forward to seeing new faces through my lens with the gorgeous Texas Hill Country behind them.

This afternoon I had no plans for the kids which usually means they end up spending far too much time in front of screens while I spend far too much time feeling guilty about it. So we went out to Cibolo Nature Center and I grabbed a few shots of them. Crisp air, overcast skies and the rushing river made this such peaceful experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots so far.

*Houston folks, I’ll be holding minis in November and possibly January.
